Canadian actor Tim Rozon of “Schitt’s Creek” chatted about his new holiday film “Christmas in Wolf Creek.”

It will premiere on Sunday, December 25 on UPtv. The synopsis is as follows: When a runaway reindeer threatens the annual Christmas play, a struggling couple must work together to save Christmas for the town and each other.

The screenplay was written by Neale Kimmel, and it was directed by Marco Deufemia.

On filming this new movie, Rozon said, “It was magical, and the Christmas spirit was with us for the entirety of filming. We filmed outside in the middle of a snow filled winter and I couldn’t have been happier.”

Rozon reprised his role as Austin Spencer opposite Nola Martin, who plays Samantha Gavin. “It felt great,” he said about playing Austin. “It was like putting back on a comfortable old shoe.”

He acknowledged that his character taught him a lot about himself during the filmmaking process. “That everyone is looking at things through their own lens. Sometimes you need to step away from yourself to see what another person sees in you,” he reflected.

The trailer for “Christmas in Wolf Creek” may be seen below.

Rozon revealed his New Year’s resolution for 2023. “My New Year’s resolution is the same as every year. Be grateful, humble, and kind,” he said.

“Christmas is magic. It has powers and it can heal wounds,” Rozon concluded about the film.
