The Judds: Dream Chasers exhibit opens at Country Hall of Fame

Comprised of mother and daughter Naomi and Wynonna Judd, The Judds are one of the most decorated musical duos in the history of the country genre. They enjoyed 14 No. 1 hit singles, and every song that they released on RCA landed in the Top 10 on the Billboard charts.

Their life’s accomplishments are honored at the Country Music Hall of Fame with the new “The Judds: Dream Chasers” exhibit, which runs through July 14, 2019. Both country ladies paid a tribute to the exhibit during a private reception with friends and family members.

Naomi Judd remarked that the exhibit is “remarkable,” as well as a reminder to hold onto the tangible things in life, even though we live in a digital age. She shared that handwritten notes, report cards, and awards are “important to hold onto.” Naomi added that their lives changed when they inked their record deal with RCA Records, and they are grateful to the Country Music Hall of Fame for telling their story through their artifacts.

Throughout their career in the country music business, The Judds dominated the touring industry in the ’80s, and they went on to sell over 20 million albums all over the world. In their eight-year career, they garnered 20 Top 10 hits, as well as nine Country Music Association (CMA) awards, seven Academy of Country Music (ACM) awards, and five Grammy awards.
