The Bellamy Brothers kick off second leg of 40th anniversary tour

David and Howard Bellamy will be playing concerts in Norway and Switzerland prior to returning to the United States to play more than 20 additional shows before the end of the year. David noted in a press release that their year has been “incredible” and that their “tour schedule” has been one of the most “extensive” in years.

Howard Bellamy noted that playing live is all that they know how to do, and they have been doing that for 40 years. They added that they will be out on the road as long as the people want to hear their music, and they will continue to release new music. “Our universal fan-base continues to thrive and grow so here’s to 40 more years,” the Bellamy Brothers exclaimed,

In an effort to celebrate their 40th year anniversary, they released a two-disc set, which is comprised of 20 re-recorded version of their classic hits, as well as 20 new songs.

The Bellamy Brothers had teamed up with Susan G. Komen, in order to “let their love flow” for people facing breast cancer, with a new music video and campaign that benefits Komen. From now through December 31, 2016, they will donate one dollar of every U.S. iTunes download of their new album to Susan G. Komen to help fund breast cancer research, education and community outreach programs.
