Sunny Malouf talks acting, music, dancing and James Maslow (Includes interview)

On working with choreographer Sho-Tyme and producer Damon Sharpe, she said, “It has been wonderful working with very talented people and learning from them.”

Regarding her new song, “Lightning in a Bottle,” she said, “The song is about how I feel and I imagine how a lot of folks feel. We are just waiting for the right time to come out and share ourselves with others.”

She is expected to be a part of the BuildaBEAST dance expo on July 31 in Los Angeles. “It’s my first time doing the event and debuting the performance of my single and I’m super-excited to be a part of it. It’s going to be great!”

Malouf has the backing and support of entertainer James Maslow, best known from Big Time Rush. “James is awesome! He gave me some amazing career advice that I’ll never forget,” she said.

On her plans for the future, she said, “I hope to continue growing as a singer and dancer, as I love to perform and connect with audiences. I’m excited about my single release coming soon. I’m working on some really exciting things with Floyd Mayweather, and just continue to build and grow as an artist and person.”

She listed Jim Carrey as her greatest inspiration in the field of acting. “Jim Carrey always makes people laugh,” she said.

For aspiring singers, dancers and actors, Malouf recommended that they “always work hard and dedicate themselves to accomplish their dreams.” “Believe in yourself and keep trying,” she preached.

“I would like to thank the fans for their support and for letting me share what I love with them,” she concluded.
