Tyler had confirmed the released of a forthcoming solo studio album, while he appeared at the historic Grand Ole Opry stage. His new project will be released on Dot Records later in the year.
A press release from the label noted that there was an “immediate connection” with the rock superstar and the label’s CEO, Scott Borchetta. In his new album, Tyler will be tipping his hat to his country roots, especially since he grew up listening to the music of the Everly Brothers and the Carter Family.
