Canadian actors Sarah Levy and Tim Rozon discuss starring in “SurrealEstate” Season 3 on SYFY.

The synopsis is: Some houses are dying to be sold. Luke Roman (Tim Rozon), Susan Ireland (Sarah Levy) and associates are back for Season 3 of “SurrealEstate” premieres on April 3rd on SYFY.

‘SurrealEstate’ Season 3

On being a part of “SurrealEstate” Season 3, Levy said, “Luckily, we can expect more of what we’ve seen in Season 1 and Season 2 with new additions of characters, and relationships (both romantic and friendships).”

“Also, please can expect the most incredible new insane and heartbreaking storylines,” Levy added.

Tim Rozon on playing Luke Roman

“Playing Luke is my favorite thing about being on this show. We pretend to deal with the external demons or the demons of the house and the darkness, and the evilness that is around us. In reality, each show deals with the inner turmoil that ourselves and our characters are dealing with, and I find that so special.”

“The demons we deal with on this show are not only the supernatural ones; they are the ones we have within ourselves,” Rozon added.

Levy on the lessons learned from the screenplay of ‘SurrealEstate’

On the lessons learned from the screenplay of “SurrealEstate,” Levy reflected, “For me, it’s a lesson in patience, especially in Season 1.”

“Personally, I don’t like change,” Levy said. “I find change really hard, and embracing something new can sometimes be a challenge for me. To step into Season 1 with Susan coming into the Roman Agency, it was a bumpy start, and personally, I would have turned around.”

“Sometimes, it takes time, work, and understanding within yourself and in the relationships around you to realize that we have more in common than we thought,” she noted.

“We have a much stronger bond than I ever thought we ever would have, especially Zooey and Susan in the first season,” Levy said.

“They did not get along and to see their relationship and the bond they have now is such a true testament to patience and to letting things play out and I remind myself of those things all the time,” she elaborated.

Sarah Levy on working with Tim Rozon

On working with Tim Rozon, Levy said with a sweet laugh, “It’s fine.”

“Working with Tim is the best,” she exclaimed. “The beauty of doing press year after year is that we get to constantly remind each other how much we like working with each other.”

Levy continued, “Rarely do you get the opportunity to sit down with other people about your co-workers and talk about how much you like them. It has been the best experience, and it has made me feel so much more relaxed. I don’t think this show would be what it is if Tim wasn’t there, even if the rest of us were.”

“We are just so honored to have him truly… At the end of the day, it is his show, and it is his agency that we all belong to, so I can’t say enough times how lucky we all are to get to work with Tim,” Levy acknowledged.

“Tim is such a nice guy,” she admitted. “Every day we show up and there are doughnuts and pastries in the makeup trailer… and there are gluten-free pastries for the gluten-free person and vegan ones for the vegan person.”

“Simply put, nobody can touch this guy. No matter what I do nobody can have the generosity that Tim brings to a set. Tim is a very, very giving actor and person,” Levy added.

Tim Rozon on working with Sarah Levy

On working with Sarah Levy, Rozon stated, “What I am most proud of is what nobody really sees and it’s what I hear about our show from the actors and crews that come to work on ‘SurrealEstate.’ Everyone has such a wonderful time.”

“I watch Sarah Levy talk to the crew and the co-stars and how happy they are and how she treats everybody… and nothing makes me prouder,” he admitted

“It the best to get to work with somebody like Sarah Levy,” Rozon exclaimed.

Stage of their lives

On the title of the current chapter of her life, Levy said, “Pure Chaos.”

“That’s where I am at right now,” Levy admitted. “I am settling down even though the last couple of months have been incredibly challenging and chaotic. I am glad that things are finding some stride.”

Regarding the title of Rozon’s life, he said, “Chaotic Neutral.” “I never understood what they meant in ‘Dungeons & Dragons’ when they said, ‘Chaotic Neutral,’ but now I do,” he said.

Levy shares her advice for young and emerging actors

For young and aspiring actors, Levy said, “The industry has changed so much even in the last five years, and even since COVID.”

“I don’t recognize a lot of what the industry is so the advice I would have given feels different than the advice I would give now. As weird as this industry has become, the idea that social media is there, and there is a platform for anybody,” she elaborated.

“Instagram, TikTok and social media is your calling card and if there is something you love to do just put it out there. It doesn’t what anybody else thinks about it, if you like it and if you think it’s funny or if you think it’s good, that’s what creates longevity because somebody else will also think it,” she explained.

“Don’t think anything for anybody else but yourself,” she added.

Levy on being a part of the digital age

On being a part of the digital age, Levy said, “It feels scary. The digital age, AI, and social media all scare me.”

“There are a lot of pros to the digital age but there are a lot of scary aspects to it, and a lot of unknowns. We are opening Pandora’s box, and we are never going to be able to shut it,” she elaborated.

“Hopefully, if we can continue to use technology for good, I think we are on the right page. At this point, we are just along for the ride,” she added.

Actors they would like to have more scenes with in ‘SurrealEstate’

When asked who they would like to have more scenes with on the show, Levy responded, “The rest of our team. I would kill to have more scenes with Tim. We don’t even have as many scenes as I would like.”

“We kind of always split off,” Rozon admitted. “That makes it good for the writers because you get two for one in each show, but my favorite time is when all the storylines come back together. When we have the actual gang together is super cool.”

Levy on success

On her definition of the word success, Levy said, “Success means feeling content, and being able to pay my bills working as an actor.”

“Success is about being able to support my family and provide for my family, and not have to work another job in addition to being an actor. So, for me, success is being able to pay my bills doing what I love.”

Closing thoughts on Season 3 of ‘SurrealEstate’

For fans and viewers, Rozon remarked about the show, “I just think found family is so important, and how important it is to find people that accept them in life and not to take that for granted.”

Ley concurred, “It’s found family and that’s incredibly important, especially in this day and age… being with the people that you are most comfortable with whether you are related or not… or people that are around you that support you and you support them, and you go through life together.”
