On filming the movie on Long island, she admitted, “It was amazing. Go Long Island! Strong Island… fires and all.”

On the lessons learned from this film, Schiebergen noted, “It taught me perseverance. It took six years… from the second that I was hired for the film to the movie actually being at a festival.”
