An award-winning Christian singer-songwriter, Williams took home two 2018 GMA Dove Awards. These included wins for “Pop/ Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year’ for “Old Church Choir,” and he claimed the night’s highest honor, the coveted “Artist of the Year” award.
Ever-gracious, Williams took to social media to express his gratitude for his GMA Dove Award wins. “What a night last night at the GMA Dove Awards,” Williams exclaimed in a tweet. “I am humbled and grateful,” he said, prior to stating how great it was to be there at the ceremony with his family and team, as well as to see so many of his friends.
Earlier this year, in January, as Digital Journal reported, Williams won the Grammy award for “Best Contemporary Christian Music Album.”
