Episode five of World Break: Aria of a Curse for a Holy Swordsman, titled “We Are The Saviours,” is currently streaming on Crunchyroll and FUNimation for paid members. Free members can watch the same episode six days from now on February 15th.
I laughed at the WTF moment that happened at the start of the episode as Moroha and Satsuki talking about the upcoming summer camp program, but is interrupted by the appearance of vice-captain Tokiko Kanzaki.
Tokiko wastes no time grabbing Moroha’s crotch and taking the initiative to make him go swimsuit shopping with her. It makes me wish I had a hot looking teacher back in high school or college, but in my defense, I’m an Asian male and it would go against our nature to refuse.
It is easy to tell that this episode of World Break: Aria of a Curse for a Holy Swordsman will be dedicated to the theme of harems and fanservice because of what took place at the beginning of the episode. Satsuki’s reaction, due to her past with Moroha in a past life, does not surprise me one bit in the slightest.
I find Shizuno’s other brother to be despicable by that same token for forcing her to seduce Moroha during the summer trip.
Shizuno’s older brother had scum and d—chebag written all over him.
Virtually every major female character is making a play for Moroha, which includes Momo.
Satsuki proves that no beach trip is complete without some random girl losing her bikini top, which includes Satsuki herself.
Momo reveals herself as being the most self-conscious character in World Break: Aria of a Curse for a Holy Swordsman.
The scene got funnier when Tokiko showed up and almost crushing Moroha’s groin like a couple of grapes as she vented about the captain not letting her wear a bikini at the beach. I loved how Tokiko was saying “mean things” about the captain in the process, but I felt very bad for Moroha.
I think Moroha needs to forget about having children in the future.
The scene gets more f—ked in a good and funny way when the captain reveals himself to be standing behind Tokiko the whole time and listening to her rant.
For some reason this episode reminded me of the recent episode of Gourmet Girl Graffiti because they both focused on the issue of summer vacation, but I laughed when it was revealed that Tokiko has constantly tried to sneak into Moroha’s room to do “naughty things” to him. It is apparent that Tokiko seemingly wants to bear Moroha’s children, which means it is an understatement to say that Satsuki has competition.
I was surprised to learn that Satsuki is a master of barbecue, which makes me romanticize on a crossover between Gourmet Girl Graffiti and World Break because I have the feeling that she and Machiko would get along perfectly when it comes to cooking.
That opened up for another funny scene with Takiko, who nonchalantly jabs Moroha in the @$$ with an ear of corn. I have to say that it is a sin to let perfectly good food let alone that ear of corn go to waste.
I’m more than convinced that Takiko wants to do very perverted things with Moroha. You should understand the sexual innuendo if you have watched enough pornographic movies.
Where were girls like Takiko when I was in high school, D—N IT!?
**Whines like a depressed little kid**
Takiko is one freaky female and that line implies that she is a fan of anal sex.
On cue, the captain shows up to stop everything from going out of hand. I swear that the captain and vice-captain make a great and unique comedy duo, which I feel will become one of the series’ ongoing running gags.
I feel there’s a need to have a crossover between World Break: Aria of a Curse for a Holy Swordsman and Isuca and/or The Testament of Sister New Devil because things are starting to get very sexed up. There are many scenarios I can brainstorm for a potential crossover.
This episode was entertaining to watch, but I have the feeling that it is dedicated to fanservice. Watching this episode makes me think that regular vacation is dull and boring, while completely sucking @$$. These people have a more entertaining and constructive way of celebrating the summer season.
I swear that World Break: Aria of a Curse for a Holy Swordsman should receive a crossover.
