Pop singer-songwriter Willa Ford released her new holiday single “O Holy Night.”
On her decision to cover the holiday classic “O Holy Night,” Ford remarked, “It has always been one of my favorite Christmas songs, but I wanted to shine a light on the verse and chorus we rarely hear sung.”
Ford underscored, “‘Truly He taught us to love one another’— I can’t think of a more important message this holiday season.”
This marks the follow-up single to “Burn Burn,” which was her first new music in over two decades.
Ford allows her crisp, crystalline voice to shine on the atmospheric “O Holy Night” coupled with lush orchestration and a neat arrangement to it.
This stirring and heartwarming rendition of “O Holy Night” honors the spirit of the original tune while highlighting her signature vocal style and straight-from-the-heart sentiment.
Hopefully, this is a harbinger that there will be more quality new music from Willa Ford in the New Year 2026.
Willa Ford broke out in the music scene in the early 2000’s, and she made a splash with her debut album “Willa Was Here,” as well as her global smash hit “I Wanna Be Bad.”
Ford is a classically trained opera singer, and she has had a career across multiple disciplines including music, dance, acting, producing, and television. She subsequently founded her own interior decorating business, which was fueled by her passion for style and design.
