Review: Virginia to Vegas infectious on ‘Lights Out’ radio single (Includes first-hand account)

It is one of those songs that once a listener hears it, one instantly fall in love with it, and wants to hear it on repeat. “Lights Out” is the latest single from his breakthrough studio album, Utopian.

In 2016, his independent record label, Wax Records, entered into a distribution deal with Ultra Music, which is the world’s premiere electronic music label and a division of Sony Music Entertainment, to license Virginia to Vegas’ hit single “Lights Out” and upcoming studio album for the world, excluding Canada.

As a result, the platinum recording artist joins some of today’s hottest international artists including Calvin Harris, OMI and Kygo on the Ultra Music label around the world with anticipated releases in the United States, the United Kingdom and other key European markets throughout 2017.

The Verdict

Overall, Virginia to Vegas delights on “Lights Out.” He is such an underrated artist, and deserves a lot more recognition in the contemporary music scene. “Lights Out” garners an A rating.
