Review: Tony Ferrari charming on ‘Mothers’ single and music video (Includes first-hand account)

The video was filmed in black and white, and Ferrari accompanies himself on acoustic guitar. It was recently featured on Ellen as a theme song for Mother’s Day, and rightfully so. It is a track from his full-length album Gentleman.

A 23-year-old singer-songwriter from California, Ferrari’s music video was directed by Madison Turner, and its cinematography was done by Robert Zuniga. His vocals are reminiscent of such acclaimed musicians as Jason Mraz meets John Mayer. One can hear Ferrari’s heart on this tune. His music contains elements of pop, adult contemporary, R&B and soul, displaying his versatility as a recording artist.
