Review: The top 5 one-minute films from Filminute Festival

September is a big month for film fans, as the Telluride Film Festival recently wrapped up, the Toronto International Film Festival taking over Canada’s largest city, and Filminute kicking off internationally.

Filminute kicked off this week, offering movie fans a unique festival featuring 25 one-minute films from 15 different countries. The online festival runs from now until Sept. 30 and it’s looking for film fans to take part to choose their fave film to win the People’s Choice Award.

In the spirit of short films, Digital Journal is posting video of five of our favourites along with bite-size reviews that we’re publishing through Twitter.

Retweet your top picks and submit your own reviews on Twitter for which film you think deserves the top prize. Be sure to mention @digitaljournal and @filminute when you Tweet. You can also click on each of the links below to vote for on Filminute’s website.
