They played the main stage at Randall’s Island Park, which had an elephant theme to it, for one full hour (from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.), and they had the crowd with them every step of the way. Their progressive house tracks were up-tempo, fun and remarkable, with solid hooks, melodies and drops. Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano deserves to be commended for their high energy level, which was contagious.
One of the highlight moments of the night was when international superstar DJ and producer Armin van Buuren brought back Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano to the stage during his 75-minute set to join him on their collaboration together, which was a real treat.
The Verdict
Overall, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano rocked at Electric Zoo: The 6th Boro this Labor Day weekend. They were able to warm up the main stage for the acts that followed including Yellow Claw, Armin van Buuren, Eric Prydz and Deadmau5. Well done guys.
