On February 28, comedic trio Sooshi Mango performed a headlining show at The Town Hall in New York City.

An Australian comedy troupe that was founded in 2015, Sooshi Mango is comprised of brothers Joe and Carlo Salanitri, and their best friend, Andrew Manfre.

They played for a sold-out audience in the Big Apple. They were able to bring their YouTube videos to life by making parodies of different characters. Their show was entertaining and relatable as they poked fun at relevant topics. The accents that they did were spot on.

Some fans were laughing so hard that they were in tears. They commanded the stage for the entire duration of their show, which was unapologetic and a great deal of fun.

Several special guests that were present throughout the day at The Town Hall included comedians Patty and Patty and Anthony Rodia.

People were leaving this iconic New York venue feeling a little more Italian, Australian, and even Greek, last night.

The Verdict

Overall, Sooshi Mango put on a comedic set that was engaging, witty, clever, and simply hilarious. For nearly two hours (with an intermission included), it was feel-good escapism. There is something in it for the entire family (especially parents and grandparents).

It is highly recommended that one sees this trio perform whenever they come to town. Their upbeat live show at The Town Hall in Manhattan earned an A rating.
