Review: Scott Turner Schofield soars in new episodes of ‘Studio City’ (Includes first-hand account)

Studio City was created by Sean Kanan and Jason Antognoli, and it was directed by Emmy nominee Timothy Woodward Jr.

Schofield is impressive in these new episodes of Studio City as Max Carter, especially in episode 11 entitled “Decisions.” He delivers a powerhouse, gut-wrenching performance opposite Anastasia (Erin Michele Soto) that will resonate well with his peers, as well as the show’s fans, viewers, and critics alike. Schofield continues to layer his emotions well.

He earned a well-deserved 2020 Daytime Emmy nomination for “Outstanding Guest Performer in a Digital Drama Series” for his earlier work this season, and judging from his acting in these new episodes, Schofield proves that he is a force to be reckoned with and he is worthy of yet another Emmy nod for playing Max.

The five new episodes of Season 1 of Studio City are available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
