Review: Roadcase Royale’s version of ‘These Dreams’ to appear in new film (Includes first-hand account)

“These Dreams” will be featured in the new Aaron Sorkin film, Molly’s Game, starring Golden Globe winner Idris Elba, Academy Award nominee Jessica Chastain (as Molly Bloom), and Academy Award winner Kevin Costner. This motion picture will make its official United States release nationwide on November 22, 2017.

This new version of “These Dreams” features Nancy Wilson and Liv Warfield on vocals and glorious harmonies. They were able to dust off the original power-ballad, and give it a sultry touch. It is the eighth track on Roadcase Royale’s debut studio album, First Things First, which was released yesterday, on September 22.

On March 22, 1986, “These Dreams” became the first song by the rock band Heart (Ann and Nancy Wilson) to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts; moreover, it became their first song to reach the top of the Billboard Adult Contemporary charts.

First Things First, which garnered a glowing review from Digital Journal, is available on iTunes, and on Amazon.
