Review: Noah Reid charms on Tina Turner ‘Simply The Best’ rendition (Includes first-hand account)

Reid is able to take the Tina Turner original classic, dust it off, strip it down, and give it his own unique, refreshing touch. He allows his crisp, velvet vocals to shine, which are smooth as silk.

His interpretation is simultaneously haunting, vulnerable, and stunning, and it is bound to leave his audience in goosebumps with his raw, natural talent. He did it more than justice and his arrangement deserves to be commended for its authenticity.

Reid’s marvelous rendition of “Simply The Best” appeared in the Emmy award-winning series Schitt’s Creek, which was created by Eugene Levy and Dan Levy. His version ought to be enjoyed for its beauty and simplicity; moreover, it will certainly resonate well with his fans and listeners on an emotional level. It garners an A rating.

“Simply The Best” by Noah Reid is available on Apple Music and Spotify.
