Review: Nicky Romero stuns on remix of The Chainsmokers’ ‘Young’ (Includes first-hand account)

Nicky Romero premiered a bootleg of The Chainsmokers track “Young” at The Flying Dutch Festival in Amsterdam last weekend.

The Verdict

Overall, Nicky Romero’s remix of “Young” is better than the original track by The Chainsmokers. He is able to add his distinct touch to it, which makes it more refreshing and fun. Romero has proven time and time again that he is one of the most talented producers, DJs and remixers in contemporary electronic music. This bootleg remix is pure ear candy, and it garners an A rating.
