Review: Nick Tangorra and Skye make parody video for Adele’s ‘Hello’ (Includes first-hand account)

In this witty music video, 106.1 BLI radio personality Syke discusses the New Year’s resolutions that are difficult to make, so he and Tangorra wrote a song about that struggle, with Tangorra on haunting, lead vocals. It is entitled “New Year, New me” to the tune of Adele’s “Hello.”

Nick Tangorra himself makes a cameo in a few scenes in their parody music video.

The Verdict

Overall, Syke’s parody video of Adele’s “Hello” is a great deal of fun. The New Year’s resolutions concept is quite clever, and “New Year, New me” should go viral for both of them. It earns 4 out of 5 stars.
