Review: NERVO superb at EDM show at Space Ibiza New York (Includes first-hand account)

They had the “Big Apple” crowd with them every step of the way, and their DJ set included some of their oldest hits and newer material. Their sense of style is unique and they stay true to themselves as electronic artists. NERVO epitomizes the best that contemporary house music has to offer, and along with fellow Australian artist Tigerlily, they are the reigning queens of electronic dance music (EDM). Their remixes and original tracks were well-crafted and top-notch.

NERVO is made up of twin sisters Mim and Liv Nervo, and they are originally from Melbourne, Australia, even though they reside in London.

The Verdict

Overall, NERVO’s concert at Space Ibiza New York was a great deal of fun. It was a high-energy electronic dance music (EDM) show, and the girls looked as glamorous as ever. It is proof that their recent recognition in DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs poll is indeed based on sheer merit, where they charted at No. 24 this year. NERVO is the highest-charting female DJs and producers on that prestigious list, and rightfully so.
