Stephen Scott directed this film with Sarah Sharkey Pearce serving as writer and producer.

The synopsis is: At the height of her fame, “CSI: Miami” star Eva LaRue received a handwritten letter signed “Freddie Krueger.”

Her life was never the same since. What followed was a 12-year nightmare filled with grotesque threats, violent fantasies, and a faceless stalker who hunted her and her daughter.

This documentary recounts the harrowing true story of how Emmy award-winning actress Eva LaRue (“All My Children,” “The Young and The Restless,” and “CSI: Miami”) and her daughter Kaya Callahan endured for 12 years.

They’ve been petrified at the hands of a relentless and deranged stalker, who, while operating from the shadows, taunted and terrorized their lives with his identity remaining a mystery, even to the FBI.

The movie features candid conversations with LaRue’s family, such as her brother Louie LaRue, her long-time publicist Anthony Turk, friend Max Tucci, former technical advisor for “CSI: Miami” and retired homicide detective Michael Scott, FBI special agent Amy Whitman, and retired FBI special agent Mike Pizzio, among others.
