Review: Mike DelGuidice incredible on ‘Ordinary Guy,’ featured on TV (Includes first-hand account)

It is the new theme song for the television series Kevin Can Wait, starring comedian Kevin James. The song, written by DelGuidice, is a track from his 2011 studio album, My Street.

“Ordinary Guy” is a match made in heaven for the television show. It truly captures the essence and theme of the series, and DelGuidice does it justice. It is a mid-tempo and impressive vocal performance.

Aside from fronting Big Shot, DelGudice also plays with Billy Joel’s live band as his guitar player and background vocalist.

The Verdict

Overall, Mike DelGuidice of Big Shot can do no wrong no matter what he sings. “Ordinary Guy” garners four out of five stars.
