On September 8, pop singer-songwriter and actor Max Ehrich released his new pop single “BACKROADS.”

The song is midtempo, lighthearted, and extremely radio-friendly. It is the quintessential tune to listen to as the summer season comes to a close.

“BACKROADS” deals with the concept of keeping a romance/relationship private, and thus, taking the backroads. Many people are bound to find its message and theme relevant and relatable.

It has a Chris Brown meets Justin Bieber vibe to it, coupled with the atmospherics of an Austin Mahone tune. This is one of Max Ehrich’s most compelling singles to date.

Simply by keeping that relationship private, as the lyrics state, helps one to truly get to know the more on a more intimate level. It was evident that this single was a labor of love for Ehrich.

Hopefully, this is a harbinger that there will be more Max Ehrich music to come in the near future.

“BACKROADS” is available on digital service providers by clicking here. It is worth checking out, and it garners two thumbs up.
