Morris kicked off her set with “Sugar,” and immediately broke into “Drunk Girls Don’t Cry.” She continued with other tracks from her newest studio album, Hero, such as “Rich,” “I Could Use a Love Song” and “Once,” all of which have the potential to become radio singles at some point in the future.
A Columbia Nashville recording artist, Morris closed her set with her smash singles “80’s Mercedes,” where her sultry and crisp vocals were reminiscent of Sheryl Crow, as well as her breakthrough single “My Church,” where everybody in the audience was singing along.
The Verdict
