Review: Kelsea Ballerini uplifting on new country single ‘Yeah Boy’ (Includes first-hand account)

“Captured my attention, make my heart stop and listen, when you look my way, blue jeans and a ball cap, thinking that you’re all that and I’m thinking the same,” Ballerini sings in the opening verse.

It is the follow-up to her previous No. 1 single “Peter Pan.” The song “Yeah Boy” is extremely radio-friendly, and it showcases her bubbly personality; moreover, it is destined to become her fourth consecutive chart-topping single on country radio. Ballerini has been on fire lately, and rightfully so.

The Verdict
