Keanu Reeves’ band Dogstar released their new single ‘Glimmer.”

Aside from Keanu Reeves on bass, Dogstar is made up of Bret Domrose on guitar and vocals, as well as Robert Mailhouse on the drums.

“Glimmer” is featured on their upcoming studio album “Somewhere Between the Power Lines and Palm Trees,” which will be released on October 6. The song begins in a controlled, haunting fashion. It puts listeners in a soothing, atmospheric mood, and the reverb is quite neat. The lyrics are bittersweet and relatable.

The song’s animated lyric video was directed by Nate Merritt and produced by Josh Richman. It is artistic and creative, and it compliments the song extremely well.

“Glimmer” is available on digital service providers by clicking here. It is worth checking out and it garners two thumbs up. It is eclectic, encompassing elements of indie, pop, rock, alternative, and adult contemporary music.

Hopefully, “Glimmer” is a harbinger that there will be more quality music on the new collection.

On October 10, they will be performing at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York.
