Review: Katy Perry fantastic at Radio City Music Hall in New York (Includes first-hand account)

Perry shared the stage with such artists as Elton John and Andra Day.

“How are you doing New York City?” Perry asked her New York City audience. “You ready? C’mon,” she added, prior to opening with her empowering “Roar,” where the stage was graced in pink lights.

It was followed by her mellifluous signature tune “Teenage Dream,” as well as the upbeat and fun “California Gurls.”

Perry showcased her ability to hit the high noted on the soothing ballad “Unconditionally,” which she sang with a great deal of emotion, prior to closing on an inspirational note with “Firework.”

The Verdict

Overall, Katy Perry was sensational at Radio City Music Hall for “I’m With Her.” While she only sang five songs, they were all high-quality performances. Her live show earned an A rating.
