Actors Josh Murray (“General Hospital”) and Haley Lohrli (“How to Dump a Hockey Star”) star in the new vertical drama “Bring Back My Heart.”

The synopsis is: A chance encounter at a hospital reunites former lovers when a mother Allie (played by Haley Lohri) brings her sick daughter for treatment, only to find her ex Blake (Josh Murray) working there as a doctor, which leads to unexpected family revelations.

Murray commands each scene he is in as Dr. Blake, while Lohrli is lovely and wonderful as Allie.

In addition, Murray and Lohrli have great chemistry together, and they are able to tell this story in a raw and refreshing manner.

Maggie Lamonica Tierney delivers as Meredith Quinn, Blake’s vindictive and manipulative mother, a character that vertical fans will love to hate.

Everybody in the cast is able to bring something distinct to the table, and it is extremely well done.

The Verdict

Overall, “Bring Back My Heart” is both heartbreaking and heartwarming vertical drama, and it will move audiences on an emotional level. It was expertly shot by director Chris Nguyen Campbell and it has it all… the drama, the passion, heartache, the laughs, and love.

Hopefully, this is a harbinger that there will be more future roles for Josh Murray in the vertical drama world.

Viewers will be at the edge of their seats due to its dramatic nature. It garners two thumbs up.
