Country star Joe Nichols released his heartwarming music video for his latest single “Home Run.” Digital Journal has the scoop.

It does a solid job chronicling a day in the life of Joe Nichols while on the road and the sweet reunion with his family, his loving wife Heather, and daughters Dylan (age nine) and Georgia (age seven) as he returns home on his tour bus.

“Home Run” is a song that deserves to go No. 1 on country radio. The single is available on digital service providers by clicking here. Nichols puts the majority of the male radio singles on the country airwaves to shame thanks to his rich, resonant baritone vocals, which are smooth as silk.

The music video was directed by David “Doc” Abbott and it may be seen below. It was filmed in and around Nashville including the Music City Baseball field. This is one of Nichols’ best music videos to date: raw, honest, and poignant. It garners an A rating.

His upcoming studio album “Good Day for Living” is available for pre-order on digital service providers by clicking here.
