Review: Jimmy Wayne releases heart-warming ‘Walk to Beautiful’ book (Includes first-hand account)

Wayne co-wrote this book with Ken Abraham, who is a New York Times best-selling author. Without giving too much away, the first half of the book deals with his childhood and growing up in a foster home and all the abuse that he endured during those difficult times. There are moments where one would want to reach out into each page and give young Jimmy a hug, as the events are heartbreaking. This book will help raise awareness for the people that have been abandoned and are hurting. It truly hits the reader like a shot in the heart, especially since Wayne was able to triumph over his obstacles and become the multi-platinum and chart-topping singer-songwriter in the country music world that he is today, as well as motivational speaker.

The Verdict

Overall, Jimmy Wayne tugs at the heart on his book, where one will need to keep the Kleenex handy as they read it from cover to cover. He is able to take his fans on a true journey with him. It is a book about finding peace and about having strong faith in God. It earns an A rating.

Jimmy Wayne’s book Walk to Beautiful: The Power of Love and a Homeless Kid Who Found the Way is available on Amazon.
