Actors Jen Lilley (“Days of Our Lives”) and Matthew Morrison (“Glee”) star in a new original Great American Family film.

“A Paris Christmas Waltz” will officially premiere on Sunday, November 19 on Great American Family. It was directed by Michael Damian (“The Young and The Restless”) from a screenplay by Michael Damian and Janeen Damian.

In this movie, Emma (Jen Lilley) relinquishes her job so a colleague with a family will keep his.

Contemplating life’s next steps, Emma meets a professional dancer Leo (played by Matthew Morrison) whose love for competitive dancing is waning, until a once in a lifetime opportunity arises for the novice to join the pro and sweep all of Paris off its feet.

Jen Lilley and Matthew Morrison have solid chemistry, and their affecting rapport allows for more resonance. Paris itself serves as its own character and a neat backdrop in this film.

It has a sweet message to it that families are bound to find warm and relatable. It will certainly provide escapism for the audience.

The Verdict

Overall, Jen Lilley and Matthew Morrison are able to take viewers and fans on a romantic adventure in Paris in this original Great American Family movie. It is engaging, pleasant, and simply enthralling.

Compliments to screenwriters Janeen and Michael Damian for writing such a stimulating script, and Michael deserves to be commended for his creative and artistic vision in directing this project.

Grab some hot chocolate and popcorn, and allow for Jen Lilley and Matthew Morrison to lure you in. This holiday film garners two thumbs up.
