Review: Jeannie Seely inducted in Academy of Local Musicians Hall of Fame (Includes first-hand account)

This was quite the honor for Seely, who is affectionately known as “Miss Country Soul,” and very deserving.

In September of 2017, Seely celebrated her 50-year anniversary as a member of the Grand Ole Opry.

In May of 2018, Seely was honored at the Grand Ole Opry for the placement of her song “Anyone Who Knows What Love Is (Will Understand)” on television, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Top TV Songs charts earlier in the year.

As of last month, Seely serves as an on-air personality on Willie Nelson’s exclusive classic country channel on SiriusXM.
