This event coincided with the celebration of “Valentine’s Day,” and it was an intimate group of people that showed up at 2 p.m. to hear readings about their loved ones that have passed on.
Russell had jotted down a list of 30 names prior to the event, and was able to match them to the appropriate patrons. She asked the different audience members for their birthdays and star signs and she noted that she never knows what message is going to come through. She did acknowledge the fact that if a person has passed for more than 15 years, it is quite difficult to get a message, since they are “comfortable” on the other side.
“Janet Russell is the best,” exclaimed Frankie’s East Side Gourmet Pizza owner Dan Romano. “There was a phenomenal outcome from the first readings on Valentine’s Day,” Romano added.
The Verdict
Overall, Janet Russell was very spot-on with her predictions and readings, thus leaving many fans and audience members in awe. She really took her time and showcased compassion and warmth for her audience. Her event lasted for 2.5 hours and it was quite touching. For several people, these readings got very emotional since they dealt with their deceased loved ones such as parents, best friends, siblings, neighbors and grandparents. These readings were a substantial indication that Russell’s 2015 nomination for “Best Psychic” in the “Best of Long Island” awards was indeed based on merit.
