“Ice Cream Sundae” is synth-pop bliss and it was produced by Antony Genn. This marks the Dublin quartet’s first release via the record label Interscope Records.
Vocalist Elijah Hewson acknowledges that the tune is about “gain and loss.” He added that he enjoys writing about normal teenage experiences that everyone can relate to. “I’m trying to write about the joy of being alive, being a teenager, and the bad things that can come with that,” he explained.
The music video stars Rex Ryan and India Mullins, and it was directed by Hugh Mulhern. The video showcases an unconventional, devilish romance that occurs in the neon lights of the slot machines.
Aside from Elijah Hewson on lead vocals and guitar, Inhaler is made up of Josh Jenkinson on guitar, Robert Keating on bass and drummer Ryan McMahon.

The Verdict
Overall, Inhaler’s vocals on “Ice Cream Sundae” are smooth as silk. It has a retro vibe to it, and it it evident that the band members have old souls. “Ice Cream Sundae” is a real treat, and it garners an A rating.
