Review: Granger Smith refreshing on new music video for ‘Backroad Song’ (Includes first-hand account)

Country fans can check out the music video for his new single on the official Country Music Television (CMT) website. After charting for 27 weeks, Smith’s single is in the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts, and climbing.

His “Backroad Song” has infectious hooks, which are reminiscent of country songs by such artists as Dustin Lynch (“Where It’s At”) and Cole Swindell (“Let Me See Ya Girl”).

The Verdict

Overall, Granger Smith is refreshing on his new music video. Thanks to this music video, “Backroad Song” is No. 1 bound on the Billboard Hot Country charts. It earns an A rating.
