Review: Don Diablo electrifies on ‘Take Her Place’ with ARIZONA (Includes first-hand account)

The visually striking music video was directed by Patrick Van Der Wal. The track is infectious, with a neat drop and a calming vibe to it, that is worth of the repeat button. It is a fitting homage to a human’s “best friend,” dogs.

Diablo noted that although it may be hard to lose a friend, one should always try to find space in their hearts to make new friends. He dedicates this music video to all the “dogs on this beautiful planet.” This song will resonate well with all pet lovers in the world, in addition to the electronic music fans. The concept for the video is exceptional.

“Take Her Place” is available for streaming on Spotify, and on iTunes.

The Verdict

Overall, Don Diablo has released an excellent music video for his track “Take Her Place.” The song has gone viral, and rightfully so. It is filled with raw emotions, and one should have the Kleenex handy. The song is a personal message about the beautiful and complex nature of friendship and acceptance. The crisp vocals of ARIZONA help elevate it to a higher level. All around superb. It garners an A rating.
