They are able to give their dedicated rock fans a front-row seat to this musical experience, which was filmed in Detroit. Their energy level is top-notch and they put on a high-octane live show.
It opens with “Let’s Go” and it is followed by “Animal” and “Let It Go,” prior to showing us their “Dangerous” side. It immediately breaks into their power-house hits such as “Love Bites” and “Armaggeddon It,” and their first disc closed with “Rock On” and “Man Enough.” The acclaimed rock group is comprised of Joe Elliott on lead vocals, as well as Phil Collen on lead guitar and Vivian Campbell on guitar. Rick Savage is all about the bass and drum guru Rick Allen nails the drums.
The second disc opens with “Rocket” and it is followed by “Bringin’ On The Heartbreak” and the lengthy “Switch 625.” The highlight song on the collection is “Hysteria,” which is pure bliss, which is incorporated as a medley with “Heroes.” After “Let’s Get Rocked,” they deliver their signature song “Pour Some Sugar On Me,” which seems like a rock national anthem at this Detroit venue. Equally memorable were their classics “Rock of Ages” and “Photograph.”
If these smash rock hits weren’t enough, this collection offers music videos for such songs “Let’s Go,” “Dangerous” and “Man Enough” as a bonus, including the lyric video for “Let’s Go.”
