Veteran actress Dedee Pfeiffer (“Big Sky”) was recently spotlighted in Maurice Benard’s MB “State of Mind” podcast on mental health.

Maurice Benard is a three-time Emmy winner, who stars as Sonny Corinthos on the hit ABC daytime drama “General Hospital.”

While she was on ten-year hiatus from Hollywood, she earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She hopes to use her celebrity platform and education to help out those with mental illness, chemical dependency, and homelessness.

The hit series “Big Sky” just premiered a few days ago, and in this interview with Benard, Pfeiffer showcases a raw, deep, vulnerable, and honest side. I know her story will touch many people. Pfeiffer is extremely open and honest, and truly cares about helping people. She had a strong bond with Benard and they connect instantaneously.

Their entire candid conversation may be seen and heard below.
