Review: Colton Dixon excellent on new single ‘All That Matters’ (Includes first-hand account)

“All That Matters” was co-written by Colby Wedgeworth, Colton Dixon and Ben Glover. Dixon is able to connect well with the hearts of his listeners thanks to “All That Matters.” “I’ve tasted hopelessness, I know what heartache is, somehow through all of it, your love remains, I’ve lived through brokenness, feeling faceless, I’m not anonymous, you know my name,” Dixon sings, in the opening verse.

Throughout his career in the music industry, Dixon was a two-time winner of the GMA Dove Awards for “Best Rock/Contemporary Album of the Year” for which he won for his albums A Messenger in 2013, and Anchor in 2015.

The Verdict

Overall, Colton Dixon’s “All That Matters” garners an A rating. It is quite inspirational and it is recommended for all fans of Christian music. Well done Colton!
