Canyon was responsible for the orchestral arrangement and composition of “See You Again,” and he solely did all of the mixing and mastering. He was accompanied on piano by Sing2Piano, and Canyon performed the additional piano arrangement.
His decision to cover “See You Again” was solid, since it really fits his range and register. The control Canyon maintains over his velvet vocals throughout this performance is impressive, and he manages to connect well with the heartfelt lyrics. He tackles the sensitive subject matter with much delicacy and sentimentalism.

The Verdict
Overall, Cody Canyon did a job on “See You Again.” One can hear his heart on this cover. It is equal in excellence to his version of Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song.”
