Review: Celine Dion amazes on Adele cover of ‘Hello’ in Las Vegas

“I would like Adele to be a part of our New Year’s Eve,” Dion told her fans. “Don’t panic. She is not in the building,” she added, prior to noting that her cover of “Hello” is just for fun.

Dion went on to deliver a spell-binding, piano-driven rendition of “Hello,” as a New Year’s Eve gift. Towards the end of her performance, Dion altered the lyrics to wish her fans a “Happy New Year.

The Verdict

Overall, Celine Dion proved to be at the top of her game musically at The Colosseum in Las Vegas. Adele would certainly be smiling. Dion’s live version of “Hello” in Las Vegas garnered an A rating.
