Review: Canaan Smith back with soaring new single ‘Hole in a Bottle’ (Includes first-hand account)

The song is already in the Top 40 on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts, and climbing. It is a track from his breakthrough studio album Bronco, which features the chart-topping radio single, the gritty “Love You Like That.”

Smith co-penned the song with fellow songwriters Brett Beavers and Dan Couch, and it contains some killer electric guitar riffs. His music video for “Hole in a Bottle” is upbeat and a great deal of fun. In it, Smith is not afraid to show his rowdy side. Smith’s baritone vocals are reminiscent of Eric Church (“Drink In My Hand”) meets Kip Moore.
