British singer-songwriter Bradley Simpson released his new single, the midtempo “Cry at the Moon” via Columbia Records and Insanity UK.

It was co-penned by Simpson, Andrew Wells, Anthony Rossomando, and Jordan Asher Cruz who is also known as “BOOTS”.

The song features lead and backing vocals from Simpson, as well as background vocals from Joey Wunsch. Simpson also plays both acoustic and electric guitars on this tune.

Simpson allows his rich, crisp vocals to shine on this track, which are smooth as silk. At the moment, there is nobody that sounds like him on the contemporary radio airwaves.

“Cry at the Moon” has a retro ’90s alternative (Nirvana meets Oasis) vibe to it, and it is evident that Simpson has an old soul. Tune ought to be enjoyed for its rawness, beauty, and authenticity.

Hopefully, this is a harbinger of more quality music to come from Simpson in the future. This song is a substantial indication that Columbia Records knows and recognizes true, natural talent.

“Cry at the Moon” is available on digital service providers by clicking here. It garners two thumbs up. Well don.
