Review: Big Time Rush’s James Maslow charms on ‘See You Again’ cover (Includes first-hand account)

Maslow is joined by fellow songstress Mandy Jiroux, and she compliments him well thanks to her soothing vocals. Maslow’s vocals are rich and captivating, and his falsetto is impressive as always. One can really hear the emotion in his voice, and he sings from the heart.

The Verdict

Overall, James Maslow is able to delight yet again on his soaring rendition of “See You Again.” He has paid the late actor Paul Walker (of The Fast and Furious franchise) a beautiful homage. Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth would also be proud of Maslow and Jiroux’ strong vocal performance. Their version garners an A rating.

Fans that enjoyed Maslow’s version of “See You Again,” will also enjoy his cover of Jason Derulo’s “Want To Want Me.”
