Acclaimed actor and singer Ben Barnes charms on his new single and music video for the expressive “11:11.” Digital Journal has the scoop.

In the entertainment world, Barnes is known for playing the Darkling/General Kirigan in the Netflix series “Shadow and Bone,” and the iconic role of Prince Caspian in “The Chronicles of Narnia” film series.

His rich, velvet vocals on “11:11” are reminiscent of Michael Bublé, and that ought to be taken as a compliment. He maintains great control over his harking voice, and he showcases his dynamic vocal range during this performance.

The music video for “11:11” was directed by Lee Toland Krieger, and it features his “Westworld” co-star Evan Rachel Wood.

“’11:11′ is about real love; the kind of love where you would give up all your wishes for the one you love to feel whole…even if it costs you, even if they can’t be yours,” Barnes explained.

“I’m fascinated in acting by the duality of people, and that we all have the capacity to feel everything and more than one emotion at a time. I feel that way too about my songs. Even if they seem to be about one thing, I’m interested in conflicting emotion and transitional feelings…the in-between,” he said.

“11:11” is available on digital service providers by clicking here. It is highly recommended for all, and it garners 4.5 out of 5 stars. Well done, Ben Barnes.
