Review: Ashley Monroe releases stunning music video for ‘Wild Love’ (Includes first-hand account)

Monroe’s vocals on “Wild Love” are crisp, haunting and pure like the driven snow. She is one of those singers that can sing the phonebook, and make it sound amazing. Most importantly, Monroe knows where she came from, and she has managed to always stay true to her country music roots. The video’s cinematography is equally impressive as well.

“Wild Love” is the sixth track featured on her latest studio offering, Sparrow, which was released on Warner Music Nashville.

Sparrow is available on iTunes and on Spotify.

The Verdict

Overall, there are no gimmicks with Ashley Monroe. She allows her natural talent to shine on “Wild Love” in yet another exquisite vocal performance and music video. She proves that she is one of modern country music’s most underrated female artists. It garners two giant thumbs up. Well done.
