Review: Ariana Grande triumphs on new ‘One Last Time’ single and video

Grande’s music video for this upbeat single is visually striking. It was co-written by electronic dance music (EDM) superstar David Guetta, and released via her record label, Republic Records.

“Baby, I don’t care if you got her in your heart, All I really care is you wake up in my arms, One last time,” Grande sings.

“One Last Time” consists of elements of pop, electronic dance music and adult contemporary. After seven weeks, it has peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, where it deserves to climb up a lot higher, especially since it is one of her best vocals to date. It garnered a huge response from her New York fans when she played it live on March 20 at Madison Square Garden as part of her headlining “The Honeymoon Tour.”
