Emmy-nominated actress Anna Maria Horsford is back in Season 2 of the hit digital drama series “Studio City.”

She reprised her role as Jolene Hernandez, and she has some great scenes opposite Will Roberts (who plays movie executive Dennis) that she just nails, which is no surprise. Roberts’ acting performance was praised as “commanding” in his own right.

Jolene tells Dennis that he needs to hire a more ethnically diverse cast of actors for their film “Maximum Velocity 2,” and they also talk about Sam Stevens (played by Emmy winner Sean Kanan).

For her acting work as Jolene Hernandez, Horsford earned a well-deserved Daytime Emmy nomination last year for “Outstanding Guest Performer in a Daytime Fiction Program.”

Horsford is known in the daytime drama world for her acting work in the popular CBS soap opera “The Bold and The Beautiful,” where she has played the character Vivian Avant. She has earned two Emmy nominations for her portrayal of Vivian Avent in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

Season 2 of “Studio City” was directed by Timothy Woodward, Jr. The second season is available now on Amazon Prime Video by clicking here, and it is comprised of six episodes.
