This marks their first single in well over a decade. “And I’m running, running, to the beat, beat of my heart, hey mister, you’re seriously twisted, but thank you for the pain cause it made me more persistent, and now you can’t break me down, no, I will fly again, again,” the girls sing, in the song’s pre-chorus.
Dream performed “I Believe” live during their set in the My2K tour this summer, and they encouraged their fans to really listen to the song’s lyrics, and rightfully so. They really take their fans and listeners on a musical journey.

The Verdict
Overall, it is great to hear new music from Dream. With their empowering song, “I Believe,” the girls are able to touch their fan-base on an emotional level. It garners four out of five stars.
